Mrs. Amy H. Yoders

A. N. Yoders, [sic] of Castile, died at her home Sunday, April 10, at the age of 39 years, eight months and 14 days. Her death was due to pneumonia and followed an illness of about ten days. Mrs. Yoders was one of the most widely known and highly respected women of the Castile district, where she had spent much of her life. She was a daughter of the late George Headley and was merried June 6, [unreadable] to A. N. Yoders, who survives. Sh leaves her husband, three children, Ernest L., Violet K. and Hilda M. Yoders, all at home; her mother, Mrs. Catherine Headley, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Margaret Brewer, of Greensboro; Mr.s Myrta E. Mapel, of Dilliner; Harmon Headley, of Clarksville, R. D. 1; Edna V. Headley, of Clarksville, R. D. 1, and Mrs. Carrie Reese, of Waynesburg, R. D. 1. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Mt. Zion Baptist church, of which she was a member. Because of the illness of a daughter, Hilda Yoders, all the services were held at the church. Interment was in the Horn cemetery, near Marianna.

MRS. A. M. YODERS

Mrs. Amy Headley Yoders, wife of A. M. Yoders, died at their home near Castile, Sunday, April 10, aged 39 years, of pneumonia. Mrs. Yoders was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Headley, of near Clarksville. On June 6, 1906 she was united in marriage with A. M. Yoders. Beside her husband and mother she leaves three children, Ernest, Violet and Hilda, all at home, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Margaret Brewer, of Greensboro; Mrs. Myra E. Mapel, of Dilliner; Harmon Headley and Miss Edna V. Headley, of Clarksville, R. D. 1, and Mrs. Carrie Reese, of Waynesburg R. D. 1. The funeral services were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m., in the Mt. Zion Baptist church, of which Mrs. Yoders was a member. On account of the serious illness of their little daughter, Hilda, all services were held at the church. Interment in the Horn cemetery, near Marianna.
