Pearl E. Patterson

Pearl E. Patterson, 70, of 339 Burton Avenue, Washington, died Friday, November 13, 1987, at 5:45 a.m. in Washington Hospital. She had been seriously ill since July.

Mrs. Patterson was born July 7, 1917, in Greene County, a daughter of John and Mary Fordyce Pyles.

She was a member of West Washington United Methodist Church.

In August 10, 1946, she married Henry C. Patterson, who died February 6, 1977.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James (Judy I) Dulaney and Mrs. Leonard (Patricia A.) Dulaney, both of Waynesburg; two brothers, John Pyles of Marianna and Harry Pyles of Waynesburg; six sisters, Mrs. Ray (Emma) Smith of Washington, Mrs. Dane (Ethel) Holmes, of Washington, Mrs. George (Lucy) Popp, of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Kenneth (Mildred) Davis of Waynesburg and Mrs. Kenneth (Elma) Jean Turner of Prosperity, and six grandchildren, James, Jody, Jeannette, Joshua, Clayton and Clinton.

A son, Henry Patterson, died in infancy.
