Frank R. Headley
Longtime Kirby resident

Frank R. Headley, 84, of Waynesburg R.D. 2, died at 2:20 a.m. Friday, September 27, 1996, in Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg.

He was born January 31, 1912, in Kirby, a son of Fred V. Headley and Irene Rogers Headley.

Mr. Headley lived most of his life in Kirby, where he was a member of the United Methodist Church.

He was a former member of East Franklin Grange 1709.

Mr. Headley was a farmer and raised livestock.

Surviving are one daughter, Darlene Page of Gilmanton, N. H.; one son, Fred R. Headley of Roswell, Ga.; five grandchildren, Lisa Headley, Roger Page, Kirk Headley, Richard Page and Brian Headley; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Beatrice Russell and Kathryn Graham, both of Waynesburg, and Helen Mason of Sulpher, La.

Deceased are his wife, Lela E. Metheny Headley, who died July 17, 1989.


HEADLEY - Friends of Frank R. Headley of Waynesburg R.D. 2, who died Friday, September 27, 1996, will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., 197 North Maiden Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, September 30, with the Rev. Keith Cutshall officiating. Interment in Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Township, Greene County.
