Jeannette C. Gillogly

Jeannette C. Gillogly, 94, of 53 South Morris Street, Waynesburg, died Tuesday,February 23, 1999, in Washington Hospital.
She was born October 18, 1904, in Rogersville, a daughter of Charles Homer and Harriet Lightner Church.
Mrs. Gillogly was a graduate of Center Township High School and attended Waynesburg College.
She was a homemaker. Mrs. Gillogly was a member of First Christian Church and the Order of Eastern Star 135. She was a volunteer for many years at the Cherry Door Shop, all in Waynesburg.
Mrs. Gillogly and her husband lived in Rogersville until moving to Waynesburg in 1960.
On June 30, 1925, she married Fred T. Gillogly, who died June 3, 1993.
Also surviving are a son, Frederick D. Gillogly, of Canton, Ohio; a daughter, Jean Sands, of Dauphin; four grandsons, Carl and Stephen Sands and Micheal and Mark Gillogly, five great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two sisters, Nellie Jacobs and Clara Johnston.

GILLOGLY - Friends of Jeannette C. Gillogly of Waynesburg, who died Tuesday, February 23, 1999, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Behm Funeral Home Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 27, with the Rev. Bill McDonald officiating. Interment will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Rogersville.
