T. C. (CAM) CROUSE

T. Campbell (Cam) Crouse, 73, well known Center Township farmer and stockman, died at 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10, 1948, at his home near the Crouse schoolhouse on the Waynesburg-Rogersville road. He had been ill for some time.

Born January 16, 1875, at Rogersville, he was a son of Layton and Catherine Thomas Ctouse and spent all his life in the Rogersville section. He was a member of the Rogersville Christian Church. Besides his wife, Mrs. Ella Rock Crouse, he leaves 11 children, namely: Layton and James Crouse, of Time; Lawrence and Walter Crouse, of Rogersville; Theodore Crouse, of Oak Forest; Mrs. Dvid [sic] S. Grossman, Mrs. Woodrow Haines and Mrs. Earl Chambers, of Waynesburg; Mrs. Dennis Meighen, of Logonda; Mrs. Ronald Lemley, of Pt. Marion and Mrs. Robert Anderson, of Mt. Morris. There are 23 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Nettie Crago, of Masontown.


CROUSE - Friends of T. Campbell (Cam) Crouse, of Center Township, who died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1948, are being received at the Church Funeral Home, 197 North Maiden street, Waynesburg, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. H. H. Stansbury. Burial in Greene County Memorial Park.
