James Cooper Obituary


James C. Cooper, 44 years, died Wednesday afternoon, February 22, 1956, in his home at Mt. Morris. He had been seriously ill two months. Mr. Cooper was a son of Henry N. and Alnora Lemley Cooper, and was born October 20, 1911, in Braddock. Mr. Cooper engaged in farming and had resided in Mt. Morris community 25 years. He never married. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Friday in the Weaver Funeral Home in Waynesburg, conducted by Rev. W. C. Long. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Morris, who died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1956, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at the Weaver Funeral Home, 182 West High street, Waynesburg, where friends will be received until 1 p.m. Friday. The services will be conducted by Rev. W. C. Long. Interment will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris. Friends please omit flowers.
