MRS. STELLA BRADLEY

Mrs. Stella Bradley, 78, wife of James G. Bradley, for many years a resident of the Mt. Morris community, died Friday evening, Feb. 18, 1949, at 5:50 o'clock in the Uniontown Hospital following a lingering illness.

Born July 16, 1870, in Perry Township, near Mt. Morris, she was a daughter of Francis Marion Calvert and Susanna Headlee Calvert, both deceased, and was the last of her family. Mrs. Bradley was a member of the Mt. Morris Methodist Church. Most of her life was spent in the Mt. Morris section, but for the past eight years she had resided with a daughter, Mrs. Evalynne Miller, wife of Fred L. Miller, of Carmichaels. Besides her husband and daughter, she leaves on grandson, Robert Miller, of Carmichaels. One brother, Dr. C. H. Calvert, of Pittsburgh, is deceased.

BRADLEY - Friends of Mrs. Stella Bradley, wife of James G. Bradley, formerly of Mt. Morris, who died Friday evening, Feb. 18, 1949, are being received at the Church Funeral Home, 197 North Maiden street, Waynesburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21, in the Mt. Morris Methodist Church with the Revs. Albert Jenkins, Kenneth Coggon and Lew F. Johnston officiating. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris.
